Terms of Use
These terms apply to the GlowNow London private beta website. They are written for the current validation stage while paid marketplace booking infrastructure is being prepared.
Private beta only
GlowNow is currently a private beta and concept validation website. Submitting a form does not create a confirmed appointment, paid booking, provider contract or venue partnership.
Payment preparation
GlowNow is preparing Stripe Connect payment flows. Until Stripe keys and provider connected accounts are configured, payment-intent forms save requests for manual review and do not charge a card.
Provider-supplied services
Beauty services are supplied by the beautician, freelancer, salon or venue provider that accepts the request. GlowNow helps with matching, request handling and payment preparation, but the provider is responsible for delivering the treatment safely and lawfully.
Launch fee
During the early paid launch, the GlowNow platform fee is set to 0%. If fees are introduced later, the site should publish updated marketplace terms before those fees apply.
Client requests
Client requests are reviewed manually. GlowNow may contact you to understand demand, but availability, pricing, providers and appointment times are not guaranteed during beta. Checkout should only be created after a provider accepts a request.
Provider onboarding
Beauticians and providers may be asked for identity, insurance, treatment scope, portfolio, licence information and Stripe Connect onboarding before being considered for paid marketplace participation.
Accuracy of information
You agree to submit accurate information and not to use the site for spam, illegal services, harmful content or impersonation. GlowNow may delete submissions that appear unsafe, misleading or irrelevant.
Beauty service risk
Beauty treatments can involve personal safety, hygiene, allergy and licensing considerations. During beta, GlowNow is not representing that any provider has been finally approved for live paid bookings.
Liability
The website is provided for beta validation. To the fullest extent permitted by law, GlowNow is not responsible for losses caused by relying on demo content, simulated booking flows or unavailable beta features.
Cancellations and refunds
Before public paid bookings are promoted, GlowNow should publish clear cancellation, refund, complaint and dispute processes. Early payment testing should use small test amounts and Stripe refund tools before real client charging is enabled.
