What these technologies are

Cookies are small files stored by a website. Local storage is a similar browser feature used to remember information on a device. GlowNow uses both terms in this policy because the privacy rules can apply to either technology.

Essential storage

Essential storage is used without optional consent because it is needed to provide a feature you request or keep the service secure.

• glownow-consent-v1: remembers your privacy choices until the consent version changes or you clear it.
• glownow-client-session: keeps a client signed in on that device until sign-out, expiry or removal.
• glownow-booking-draft-v2: restores an unfinished booking until it is completed, discarded or cleared.
• glownow-theme: remembers light or dark mode.
• Beauty Passport and notification-preference storage: remembers choices the user asks GlowNow to save.
• Server security logs and short-lived request controls: protect forms, accounts and the API from abuse.
• Cloudflare Turnstile security storage and browser signals: used only when a protected form requires an anti-abuse check; its verification result is short-lived and validated by GlowNow on the server.

Optional analytics

If you accept Analytics, GlowNow may use a configured analytics service to understand page use, booking-step completion and technical performance. Analytics remains off before consent. We configure measurement to reduce unnecessary advertising signals where the supplier supports that option.

Optional advertising

If you accept Advertising, GlowNow may store campaign parameters and use configured advertising measurement to understand which campaigns lead to bookings. First-touch campaign information is kept for up to 30 days. Advertising remains off before consent.

Change your choice

Use the Cookie settings button on this page or in the site footer at any time. Rejecting optional use removes GlowNow's saved campaign-attribution record from this device and prevents optional tools from loading on future pages. Tools already loaded during the current page visit may require a refresh to stop completely.

Browser controls

You can also delete or block website data in your browser settings. Blocking essential storage may prevent sign-in, saved drafts, preferences or other requested features from working correctly.
