Apply with your real setup
Tell GlowNow your first name, coverage areas, location types and current booking system. Do not share login details.
Select exact services
Choose every treatment variant you actually provide. Matching depends on the exact service, not broad categories.
Set rules and availability
Add lead time, buffer, mobile radius, weekly hours, time off and parking guidance so clients receive realistic options.
Upload a work catalog
Add clear recent photos by exact treatment. Captions should explain technique, products, finish and aftercare without private contact clues.
Accept only suitable requests
GlowNow shows treatment, time, location type, price context and preferences before you accept or decline.
Keep the client inside GlowNow
Chat, deposit, support, arrival status and reviews stay on site. First name is shown, not surname, salon name or private address.
Be exact, not broad
If you offer Gel Pedicure, tick Gel Pedicure. If you only tick Pedicure, GlowNow should not match you to Gel Pedicure requests.
Show recent work
Upload bright, realistic photos with one treatment per image. Avoid watermarks, phone numbers, salon names and private addresses.
Set parking honestly
Mark client parking, private home salon rules or mobile coverage. If there is no parking, GlowNow can suggest nearby options.
Keep replies useful
Confirm timing, prep, allergies, patch-test and aftercare. Do not ask the client to move to phone, WhatsApp or Instagram.
