Provider Onboarding Checklist
This checklist explains what GlowNow expects to review before a beautician, freelancer, salon or venue partner can be considered for live marketplace bookings.
Identity and contact checks
- Legal name, trading name and contact details.
- Proof of identity before accepting paid bookings.
- Clear service area, availability and appointment location type.
Insurance
- Public liability insurance.
- Treatment-specific insurance for each service offered.
- Policy dates, coverage limits and excluded treatments.
Licensing and treatment scope
- Confirmation of which treatments are offered.
- Relevant local authority licence information where required.
- No high-risk treatments, injectables, laser/IPL or regulated medical-style procedures during early beta unless separately reviewed.
Quality and safety
- Portfolio examples or treatment photos.
- Hygiene process and equipment cleaning process.
- Patch-test and allergy handling where relevant.
- Cancellation, lateness and no-show policy.
Marketplace conduct
- Keep booking communication inside GlowNow once live.
- Do not request off-platform payment for GlowNow bookings.
- Do not share client personal data outside the appointment purpose.
- Keep pricing, availability and service descriptions accurate.
Payments and payouts
- Complete Stripe Connect onboarding before accepting paid GlowNow bookings.
- Keep payout, bank and tax details accurate inside the payment provider account.
- Understand that GlowNow launch fee is set to 0% during the early paid pilot.
- Follow the published cancellation and refund process before paid bookings are promoted publicly.
